Melocard Trade Member

Terms & Conditions / Agreement

1. You must be an independent business to become a Melocard Trade Member (sorry, no national/international chains or franchises).

2. The discount or deal you offer must be only for Melocard members. In other words, if you already give a 10% discount to all of your customers, this cannot be your Melocard offer. Your Melocard offer must be something exclusively given to Melocard holders.

3. Melocard Trade Members must provide the discount or offer as stated on application to ALL Melocard holders without discrimination.

4. You must be 18 years of age or older to be a Melocard Trade Member.

5. Membership is continuous until cancelled in writing by Trade Member; Trade Members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing hello@melocard.com.

6. If membership is cancelled or discounts/offers are changed, Trade Members must provide the discount offered on the Melocard website until the date the changes/cancellation are reflected.

7. Melocard does not guarantee any increase in sales or client base for Trade Members.

8. Trade Members may change their online Melocard profile up to 4 times per year for no fee. Any additional changes over 4 per year will incur a £15 fee.

9. Melocard Trade Members are included in the "ALL" category, as well as the town/area of your business at no cost. You may add your business to other areas for £5 per area, or £50 for all areas in Kent.

10. Melocard will not be held responsible for any legal action taken against Trade Member in relation to the Melocard scheme, the discounts offered or any other aspect of Melocard.
